Genuinely nice people working here, helpful friendly and give good advice. Previous reviewer must have been having an off day as I found the manager Steven to be a great guy along with Faisle who was also great

Store Manager, Steven, very poor customer service

Went to the the Topps Tiles willesden store to open a trade account and to also purchase tiles, adhesive and trims.  I had all my documents that head office said to take along to the store but the store manager Steven, insisted that the document I brought were Incorrect even after I had head office confirm on the phone whilst I was in store.  He still refused to open a trade account. 

He was requesting that he wanted to see bank statements although head office said this is not required. Which also lead me to think the store manager could be collecting personal data. 

I then left the store and went next door to Euroken and found all my adhesive and trims at less than half the price, even after trade discounts.
