Today at TK Max Birkenhead store I encountered a very rude female salesperson who looks at customers as thieves especially colored customers and this is a form of racism. It's really sad that even though over 80% of TK Max customers are non-English they are treated with such disrespect.
What a rubbish store, Halloween stock is out everywhere but here!!! If they made the store look better and had more stock they’d have more customers HALLOWEEN SISTERS are let down!!!
I go to your store once a month. I make purchases, I see you have reacted to the change in pricing policy, well done. There are a lot more customers in your store! now you need to remove from the window those things that are not suitable, no one will buy them! about what they have become in this state, you need to investigate and find out why or what or who made them like that appearance will give you the answer think! why don't you update the range? the shelves are empty, per square meter it is embarrassing to say one name of the product photo frame 30 pieces of the same, in a month they will all be covered with dust, hardly anyone will buy them from the window either. I understand if you started trading in some group of goods, make an assortment! Always pick up an unusual item here and today my friend bought two hairy balls on a chardonnair for her garden ...I wanted new trainers but couldn't get my size ...they had a pair of Polo pumps but were a size 14 and must have been made in the dry Dock at nearby Cammel Laird !!!
Going to any TK Maxx is...well an adventure. You will find something you didn't realise you really needed. Good range of diverse products from clothing to coffee syrups to pet items. You find things here that other shops simply never stock. Birkenhead shop survives...and I'm so glad it does. If you're in town it's well worth a visit. My challenge would be to leave without buying anything as I'm certain there will be that something you can't live without!

Wow I love this store! Nor only an amazing quantity and quality of clothes, shoes, bags and accessories but wonderful for gifts to purchase for any occasion at super duper prices. Something for everyone on a budget or simply for just for a treat!!
O like it. That's it really, sometimes you can find something for yourself with decent price. Staff seems to be friendly which is big Plus.
