Hugh shop within the Gyle shopping centre. A great range of clothes and household goods. There is also a food supermarket but can be busy most day. Cafe is also good for a quick bite to eat and is clean and tidy. Staff are helpful and very friendly. Price can be a bit expensive for some items but it good quality.

Always enjoy my visit to M&S cake and coffee so enjoyable. Cakes and scones are always fresh. Coffee nice and hot. Always busy but me and my friend always find a seat. When it's really busy the M&S staff will help find a table.

Reasonable sized Marks and Spencers in an out of town shopping mall. Good range of quality fresh food at the delicatessen counter and fresh baked bread from the bakery. Café has a small but good range, although it can get very busy at lunch times. Store includes furniture and household departments along with the usual clothing and food ranges. Ample free parking, including disabled parking and access.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I would not ever go there again. My mother purchased clothing on the day before they are about to be closed and realized that they charged her wrongly as the receipt described a different product. Came in the next day to speak to the return sector assistance and they said this product is not the same on the receipt. I explained that they charged my mother wrongly because the product she bought is not the same description as price on the receipt. She suppose to pay £50 not £90 and i asked for her to refund that difference for her. She then brought a manager along whom accused us that we bought it from somewhere else. I mean what? seriously? i know them they have a CCTV behind the counter and ask them to look at the CCTV of what my mother have bought. So they took my receipt and went to look at the cctv. 35 minutes later they came back telling me i can't use the cctv as evidence cause its been deleted for some reason. They knew what she bought and the time of the receipt stamped to this address. The manager was not being reasonable as it was only bought yesterday. Not 1 week or even 3 days. Its only the day we bought it. To be accused that i bought it else when the manager knew that her worker key in the wrong number.

Whose the buyer for ladies wear? they should go. i used to always shop at M &S they had great dresses at decent prices now they are priced way above what they should be.
