I took my 12 Yr old Granddaughter to TK Maxx to spend her birthday money, she was literally so excited to be there & it didn't take her long to spend up, she was ecstatic with all she got for her money, prior to going here she bought boots & gilet elsewhere, but for the £50 she had to spend the original labels came to a cost of over £200, She was so delighted with her buys, the pricing structure was fantastic, lots & lots of choice, the staff were more than helpful from beginning to end they couldn't have been so nice, would I shop there again? Most definitely, my granddaughter wants me to take her back down to spend her Christmas money & this time, she's going straight to TK Maxx & spending all her money there she's not even leaving any money at home the next visit .. It says it all that my granddaughter thinks it's the best shop ever, She said it was even better than her last visit there with me during the summer,
Thrilled by the attitude of the two ladies that served me with regards to an exchange. I lost my receipt but that didn’t mean I couldn’t return. Gill was amazing, she explained everything, I told her I just wanted to exchange, so she checked to see if there were any on stock, found 4 and put them to one side , ensuring the counter staff were informed that I wld be calling. it’s a 32 Mile round trip and I have to say the counter staff were lovely, I did the exchange and bought another shirt as well!! Congratulations, the staff were on point 10/10 please let them know how delighted I was.nnMaggie
Nothing wrong with the staff or the store generally, it is just that it always seems to have poorer amounts or quality of stock when compared to other TK Maxx stores I've frequented.
Great store, always has lots of things and different things evert time you go! You can find some really good finds. Great parking space and is very disability friendly with a lift for access to the top floor
Got lovely pair of ECCO boots reduced from £140.00 to £39.99
