Closed before 5:30! Staff were still in store and laughing at people who couldn’t get in.
I cannot praise Gordon enough for his service in Galashiels Argos today. He asked to help as soon as I approached the ordering screen, advised me about ordering times and also about an option for him to request the item from their main warehouse and bring it into Galashiels stock, allowing me to pay on collection. He really was keen and very willing to help and I was very impressed.nI must also mention another young man who works in Galashiels Argos called Otto who is also very helpful and both are a real credit to the store.
Fine to shop here unless you get served by the younger woman who you'll find sat on her phone when you walk in. She shows you've inconvenienced her by yawning and rolling her eyes and huffing when she's wrote the order number wrong. Very rude and shouldn't have a job in customer service.
Bought item, box was ripped when opening, was wrong item took back next day to be refused refund..... The item wasnt used, i have bought things from places with tape over box as same thing happened doesn't affect the item itself... Wasn't even offered a credit note with money off for box damage just refused point blank.. Money down the drain, won't shop here again 9
My husband bought a scooter for our son but it doesn't work properly. The front wheel is wonky and made our son fall off the scooter a few times while trying it outside. Lady who worked there and her manager saw no problem and in a very rude manner told my husband to take his item and leave the shop. We're left fuming nContacted the phone line and we had a product safety executive involved, I hope we'll get it resolved although I'm not happy I have to return there for that purpose.nUpset and disappointed. How can you treat a customer like this..
