Excellent service as usual in Next, from the neat way everything is displayed to the style of the clothes on the shelves. Very efficient staff in ordering sizes that are not in, a very professional store. Well recommended for better then average quality clothes.
Next in Galashiels is great for essentials and since im a boy I dont Care about fashion but they do have a very good fashion range with clothes for tall people to, the thing is all of their clothes are made in places like Bangladesh, Indonesia and China. I would recommend this shop though to people who want good clothes at decent prices.
Staff very rude. No one willing to help. To busy discussing amongst themselves to see to customers. Refused to do a refund with a receipt, with the tags on, still in the bag within a week of purchase. Only offer an exchange as this is their policy. But not the policy in other Next stores. Would not recommend this store at all.
The Costa here had poor service, felt rushed - paid for order then I Was told certain items weren't available. A shame as Costa is usually OK...
Prompt service and good selection of clothes
Friendly staff + found a nice jumper.
Mens section is very small with very limited choice.
Friendly clean place.
