Ok but not the best selection, shoe selection is one of the worst I’ve seen. There’s no gold label for clothes. Makeup beauty and home goods sleek toon very limited. You have to pay to park, another reason high streets are dying.. pay to park to shop and spend money at a store in a small town
The cashier made a comment regarding the cost of the boots we were purchasing as they were £70. As I am from out of the country I was required to sign for the goods. The associate declined to accept my signature for the goods stating the signatures didn't match. She cancellled the transaction, instead of requesting an additional form of identification. Meanwhile, she called her supervisor. We waited patiently until she arrived, and then requested a receipt of the cancelled sale as proof the transaction was indeed cancelled. The supervisor stated there was no receipt, even though I had entered my card and had signed a 'so stated sales receipt' The supervisor would not allow me to take the receipt ..which had my signature on it. She stated there was no cancelled transaction receipt since the sale was declined by the bank. She then placed her hand over my signature stating it was their property, and I was informed I could not take a picture for my records to ensure the transaction was cancelled. We felt judged due to the remark the cashier had made regardiing the cost of the boots. As we left there was a security guard standing by us, as though we were criminals. Once outside, I checked my account online. It was obvious the supervisor was not forthcoming regarding what had transpired. The staff had cancelled the sale. My bank statement read: Sale TK Maxx £131- followed by Reimbursed TKMaxx £131. I would have preferred to have dealt with an honest and transparent management team regarding my signature and suggesting they put the items aside to purchase with cash from an ATM. I suggest going elswhere for your purchases. We most certainly will not return to TK Maxx or any of its affiliations, due to the embarrasement caused by sub standard service provided, and supervisors lacking confliict resolution skills.

I love tkmaxx in Banbury its nice store with great people working there. The only thing that I dont like is the constant change of stock. Every week stock is moved somewhere else in store and I find myself always asking employees where are the things. Otherwise its nice :

Like all TK sites hit & Miss . Big store with parking . Been shopping on & off here for years . Don't think you get the deals & brands you used to get , but always worth a look
Store is clean, usually well stocked! Staff at the till was nice and friendly.
Great shop - best for home ware. They have onsite parking which is managed by ncp so you can’t just pop in and have a mooch without paying £2,90 for the pleasure. Worth a trip though as always manage to buy something nice!
Always a good selection of skincare and bath products. The clothes are always in order and easy to browse with a variety of sizes and brands. Staff are friendly and efficient
