A recent addition(last twelve months) to Henry's as a regular customer and without doubt they are a class apart from service received in other establishments. Fantastic quality merchandise, I have three pairs now of the barkers range shoe they stock after eons of being a wear em till to bare em chap purely for the quality. James, whom I have dealt with predominantly is first rate in terms of service, knowledge and an eye for what a customer may like without being pushy in any way. I look forward to being a customer for many years to come.

Went in here to get a shirt and tie for a wedding that went with my suit. The staff member (didn't get his name -sorry) went out of his way to be helpful. Taking my suit jacket and pulling out numerous shirts for me to try with it before going onto the ties. After selecting a combination I was very happy with he then gave me a small discount just because I asked! A great shopping experience with committed, knowledgeable staff.

Went in for a fitting today for my wedding in a few months. After receiving poor service from a couple of bigger chain stores it was a nice change to be treated so well! The lady working with me was patient and attentive and worked through my options with me to find the best suit for the big day. Very happy with the service and the wide variety of options they have.
