Had a parcel dropped here via DHL. DHL then took it back to their deopo in Abingdon after marking it as successful delivery!nnStaff were so helpful on both occasions.nnYou can't speak to anyone at DHL and they don't answer the form online.nnTurned up eventually. 5* for the lovely lady who helped me, even looking when I didn't have my confirmation from ebay twice.nnAvoid using DHL unless you like going on a wild good chase for a week!
Weekend before Christmas. 1 person on tills. 1 person doing stock at the back with one hand in pocket so hardly going at any pace saw 2 other members of staff look at the queue now about 15 deep but no acknowledgement or apology or offer of help so no idea what they were doing.
Easy to order, although items didn’t arrive on time due to the snow, staff were extremely apologetic and polite about it. Will be ordering via them from now on. Also finishing at 8 I can only go to this one as it’s the only one open past that time! Another good thing!
Unfortunately the staff were rude, unhelpful and slightly aggressive. I see other people have had the same experience. Maybe they need some training. Stratford staff were great where I went when Banbury wouldn't help me.
Probably no fault of the store at all, but there is no other way to review online orders. I ordered a product online. I don't even live in Banbury but it was showing as available for collection the next morning. I received no confirmation that it is ready to collect so checked my emails and turns out it will only be ready to be collected in two days time, I would not be able to collect it then, nor would I placed my order if the website timings were accurate. Customer services were useless and would not get it delivered instead so I cancelled my order and collected from Curry's hassle free.
