Horrible experience. Rude staff shouldn’t work in customer service/retail.
It was ok the woman serving on the till was a bit miserable. Didn't seem interested. Asked if there was my size in the back .reply if it's not there no we havnt .Didn't even want to look .definitely won't be going back
Wife got exactly what she needed for our nephews wedding on the Amalfi coast. Assistants were excellent and provided options to consider and complement.
Had an particularly unpleasant visit at their shop in Banbury. The shop worker being an elderly lady, Sharon I believe her name was, being one of the most rude and unqualified when it comes to costumor service, personal I have encountered in some time. I regreted I ever put my foot in that shop.
