Terrible customer service. Bought a pair of Doc Marten boots for £145.00- Right boot started to leak when used in the rain after 6 months and little use. Store manager claimed that all shoes can leak and we had experienced extreme weather conditions and that particular style of Doc Marten was not waterproof! Not interested in making any sort of repair or replacement. Would not touch them with a barge pole.
Love this shop. Made a few suggestions like fish tank heels and detachable vodka shot heels. Very friendly staff. Wife bought a pair of shoes and I would have too if they had men's shoes.
Shop assistant always keen to help, and really know their stock. Helped me pick out wedding sandals when i was being particularly indecisive so thank you
