The customer service was absolutely brilliant, I was looking for a specific shoe as I need to fly out the country in a couple of days I spoke to a black guy in the leicester store and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and help me solve my problem now I’ve placed an order and I’ll be getting my shoes tomorrow. Wouldn’t have got what I needed so quickly, I would have given him a tip if the shoes were in store but they wasn’t so here’s a review for absolutely great customer service!

This is my favourite show shop and has a very large variety of their shoes. I manged to find on a last minute spree, the exact shoes I needed , in my size to walk around in London in for the Queens funeral.
Particularly this nice girl who was working on shift on the 08/07/22, couldnt do enough to help, full of smiles and suggestions, as everyone knows I love a good customer service and she is my favourite person for this brand. Her name started with S but I can't remember the rest to save my life. Keep the smile going and enjoy your job.

New fosse park store visited twice. Firstly the sizes are very confusing american and not a lot of larger fittings The layout is very poor with what's on top of racks not necessarily what's underneath Avoid and shop online
Walked in, didn't exactly know what I was looking for, young chap called Ethan helped me try on a few pairs and pick the right fit. Brilliant customer service and awesome experience, therefore took the time to leave a review.
