Absolutely terrible customer service. My husband returned faulty insoles, only to be denied a full refund within 30 days because the manager refused to admit that the item was faulty. She implied that it was my fault that the insole was damaged and just walked away to serve someone else in mid conversation. I wouldn't go there again as they're just robbing people!

My 83yr old grandmother was left shaken and upset after the manageress there refused her a refund claiming she'd dented the insoles and blaming white specks from the paper in the box on her. When me and my mother went in her attitude was still poor, still blamed these faults on my grandmother and showed no remorse for upsetting my grandmother. Shameful.
