I always shop here for cake supplies and have never  had a problem. But when it comes to asking for an exchange because modelling paste is unworkable forget it. I usually make my own but to save time I purchased squires kitchen paste. I rang and asked if I could return it to be told rudely NO. I’m really upset this is for my husbands 80th birthday and he has cancer so my time is limited so I will not shop here again thank you so much ladies for being so kind. When something is not fit for purpose everything is returnable. Read the government website

Firstly in reply to your response I have previously bought modelling paste from you and never a problem. I have been to Leicester College for 7 years going right through all courses and won at the NEC. So I do know when a paste is not right. Too late to return it after breaking down on Saturday and wasting time trying to work it. Due to the response I got it went in the bin. So to little to late one very unhappy customer with more stress than enough so thank you butthe reply was a very loud and sharp NO. 
Just another thought about your returns policy I informed the rude person that I had just opened it, took a piece out and it was crumbly and I had worked it with Trex to no avail it had not come into contact with anything. But it was £5 wasted and you have lost me as a long standing customer because the first time I have a problem no help whatsoever.
