I've been an Arbury customer for decades due to misplaced trust & loyalty, despite my last 2 buys being disastrous However Timsons are transparently genuine, without the need for sales yap  They let their products & customer care  do the talking.. It's no surprise that Mark Timson was highly recommended to me,by several people. I'm having to be mindful that this review is for Timsons & not an opportunity to voice my distain for Arbury, but it's difficult for me to admit that I could've saved time, money & ridiculous amount of stress. A few car's ago, I was being advised that Timsons would look after me from initial purchase to ongoing MOTs etc. I'd even spoken to Mark Timson & arranged a test drive. Unfortunately, at that time I hadn't realised that they'd moved from Bulkington to Nuneaton & like an idiot, I carried on to Peugeot Arbury & bought another 208. Once again,it had mechanical issues &  needed a replacing within the year. Unbelievably, Mark actually remembered our phone conversation from 7months ago when I'd lined up a test drive, went to his previous location & ended up at Arbury His attention to detail, recollection of customers both current and prospective is blinking marvellous,as proven by the numerous satisfied customers I've observed. Finally I found my dream Peugeot at a dream price, offering a long, stress free dreamy relationship with Timsons! Thank you Mark Timson

I brought a car from Mark and the service I received was fantastic. He answered all my questions about the car and was very helpful. He also delivered the car for me at no extra cost which was really helpful due to the current situation. I will defiantly be using Timson Autos again would recommend  :

I've been having a regular service and MOT at Timsons for several years now and have always been happy with the service. A nice friendly team. They remind you when your MOT is due and I am given the use of a courtesy car for the duration of the work. I'd give them a thumbs up.

The people there were brilliant from start to finish, part ex my car with them and got a really good deal. Genuinely didn't feel like I was taken advantage of which unfortunately happens most time being a woman walking into a car garage who isn't a mastermind in cars. Can't praise these guys enough! Please please try these guys out before you go anywhere eles.

Drove 150 miles to view a car and it was just as explained, the guys were honest fair and a pleasure to deal with. This is so rare in the car trade. So pleased with my wife's  new citroen c3. Thank you.
