Got a photo clicked yesterday for a US Visa application, and the photo got rejected "Reasons why photo failed:
Eyes may be obstructed or in shadows". The least you would expect from a professional photo studio (after paying GBP12.99 for 4 copies) is accuracy to meet all requirements. I now have to go back there again in the middle of office hours (and its not at a v close proximity) to hopefully sort this. Other than inconvenience, it also means a delay in my visa application!

Terrible service on 16th Jan 2017 around 16:50. The guy on duty refused to serve me and said he was closed...it was not even 5pm yet and closure is stated as 5:30pm. He didn’t even respond to a hello👎🏾👎🏾
