Honestly, Peter saved a lot of stress and worry. Handle on our door just stopped working. One phone call and he came straight out, sorted out the problem and was genuinely so nice throughout his time at our home. Came away with complete confidence, very happy with the price too! Would highly recommend to anyone who is in need like we were.

All I can say is a huge Thank You to Peter. He went out of his way to help us out with some lock changes in a property that we were moving into. These were slightly different than what we had thought at the start as we were not on site when we asked for the quote. He has been professional and helpful throughout, walked us through the process and took the time to explain things and make sure we knew what was going on. Really personable and friendly. He even helped us carry some moving in boxes from our van. Absolute legend. Highly recommend.

Superb service from start to finish. He arrived when he said he would. He took care of my property whilst he worked and engaged in conversation with me throughout on the lock mechanism. He was very informative and courteous. The cost of the work was in my opinion very reasonable for the call-out and time spent working. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Just had a visit from JP Locksmith Services to fix an internal PVC door. Replaced the fixture and then took care of some frame realignment. All done within a hour of the phone call. Friendly, knowledgeable and attention to detail. Highly recommend and would use again

Great service, he was so helpful with our complicated lock and arrived in 15 minutes in a sunday when somebody else let us down with an appointment. Fast and efficient I will for sure call back for any problems from now on. Thank you for such a great job.

The locksmith was professional, prompt and from what I can tell very capable. From calling to them attending, gaining access to my property, diagnosing the issue and replacing the item, took no more than 1 hour. No small feat when there is only 1 door into the property and that had failed shut from the outside. Although I did try a couple of other businesses first, I'm grateful they couldn't attend, as I wouldn't hesitate to use Lock Swindon in the future.

Amazing   what a fabulous service, arrived when he said he would, was super knowledgeable and respectful. Did the job with no fuss or bother. A really good price for a really good job. Thank  you I will definitely use again if needed.
