Marcus was amazing! Easy communication, very quick response, he even arrived earlier than estimated for an emergency lock change and did a wonderful and solid job. Very nice and reliable friendly guy, cheap and excellent service. Can't recommend more!

Chain lock broke with the chain in it so we couldn't get at the screws to remove it and thought we would have to pry them out and destroy the door jamb to get the lock off.  Called Marcus, he was here within about twenty minutes, worked his magic and got the chain and its hardware off leaving only two tiny screw holes showing - hurrah!  From desperation to elation in half an hour - can't recommend him strongly enough.   And before he left he insisted on checking all our other door locks, pronouncing them up to the job.

PHENOMENAL service!!! 30’ from call he was in front of my door!!! Where it took all the other “top rated”
Locksmiths 40’ just to call me back. And he charged 1/2 the price. Really helpful and a local businessman. This is definitely the man for the job.
