Extremely happy with the service! Was recommended to call them, they were quick and effective taking my call and getting me booked in on the same day!, then when the gentleman arrived he was extremely fast and efficient and replacing my broken locking mechanism. They also replaced my barrel at my request and took the time to explain what had happened with the broken mechanism. Would definitely recommend and would 100% use again.
Used based off a recommendation when the gearbox went on the door to my flat locking me out with no access making it especially hard to fix. The guy worked really hard to find a solution that was going to cost the least and cause the least amount of damage to get the door open and fix the lock. Very happy with the service I received. Worth the money you pay to get a trustworthy professional.
Just got the keys to my new property and wanted to get my locks changed. I called them at 12.30 and they were there by 1500. Fantastic service and very very well priced. Extra keys cut on site. The engineer was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. I will be recommending this company to all of my friends and family. Thankyou again for your service.

I stupidly locked myself out of my house after leaving via the garage with all of the keys in the doors. Called New Locks and a very capable guy was with me in 20 minutes. He new all the tricks of the trade and got me back in without damaging my locks or needing to replace anything!! He even sorted a problem I was having with the lock itself. And I was only charged £65 + VAT!! Quite often locksmiths charge the earth. Not so in this case. More than reasonable and a nice guy as well. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Possibly the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, the service provided was extremely poor and cost me additional charges to have another locksmith we redo the work originally done. I would never recommend anyone!
just spent 5 minutes to replace a UPVC window handle, cost of handle less than £5, For cash No VAT or reciept!! £60 - that's equivalent to about £720 per hour!!! There is no call out fee though! Get a price agreed beforehand
