Had 4 keys cut here, 3 did not work due to the wrong size blank used. Even on second attempt after returning them they only managed 2 out of 4 working.

Yet again, no-one at the shop. Often opens late or notice in window "back in 20 minutes". Should be open 9am to 6pm. Waiting for shop to open today at 9:15am, when another customer told me the customer services in Tesco said he took the keys, opened for a few minutes then locked up and returned the keys. Luckily I wanted to leave something, but this unreliability is frustrating when you want to collect and can't hang about waiting for him to be there.

Useless. Charged me £45 for new soles which lasted 4 months before starting to peel away. On taking them back for repair, was told they had not been done properly so "there was no way we did that".
