Great store that is transgender friendly , staff helped me pick some really beautiful dresses and suits for my new years party , and were respectful , i still look a bit masculine so was scared i would be looked at weird or joked about but am so happy this never happened thanks ladies.

The best experience I've ever had in retail and believe me I love shopping!! It was really busy, two weeks before Christmas. Me and mum just had to get a few more bits and decided to choose aylesbury. We'd looked online to see if the new looks stocked the different clothing ranges.. And it said it stocked curves. However when we got to store it didn't. The manager couldn't of been more welcoming, kind, bubbly, friendly, attentive and she was determined to do everything she possibly could do to help resolve this, even though it wasn't her fault it hadn't been taken off the website. I was overwhelmed that she cared that much.. To check the website again for herself to see that they still hadn't removed this unuseful information of the website.. Apologize and check the nearest store that did stock this range. To offering free next day dilvery and a 10% off voucher. I think her name was Sarah! I just wanted to say thank you as everyone is so quick to give negative feed back! Positive is equally important. But you made my day that and I learnt a lot! I've worked with the public for 5 years now and every days different. But your clearly in the right job.. Attentive, approachable, professional and generally lovely! more than you'd ever expect normally you'd just get a simple no we don't stock it anymore.. but you went the extra mile and you didn't need too! best manager ever! Keep doing what your doing! ❤️
