Absolutely disgusting customer service from this place. Purchased some boots on sale but needed to return them, no returns policy WHATSOEVER! Not even an exchange. Don't even think this is legal and will be taking advise as they were not cheap! Further more the customer service staff are ill informed and advise you to complain if you don't like it - then you go through to the complaints department and they reply with a one sentence email basically telling you it's policy and to go away. It's unacceptable and if I'd have known this before purchase I wouldn't have even entered the place. One week before Christmas and I'm dealing with this....STAY AWAY!!! I never, ever give a bad review so but place is BAD!
