My wife and I shopped here last weekend and were appalled at the very poor level of service on offer in the food hall. The staff (youths) were spending considerable amounts of time chatting to their friends who had clearly come in for "freebies". Getting served at the bakery counter was near impossible and I only had success on getting the basic loaf of bread we wanted on the 4th request. Whoever "thinks" they are managing the food hall needs to think again......

I buy Most of My Clothes and Underwear, at Marks and Spencer, in Aylesbury. The Staff on the Ladies Clothing Department, I have got to Know, for quite a while now. They are ALL Very Helpful ! I do buy some Food in this Store, as well.

Good food hall, really friendly and helpful staff and the store well managed. The cafeteria is great, too. The only criticism would be lack of parking and buy and collect spaces always blocked by other vehicles. As for the store itself, the underwear section is disproportionately big. The selection of clothes / ranges is not great, however we need to bear in mind the relatively small size of the shop. The range increases significantly during the sales, though, when yoy can dind the most sought for ranges such as Best of British. Nevertheless, it remains one of the most reliable shops in the town, in terms of "all under one roof". We always shop in M&S for parry food, presents, etc.
