I recently re let my property with T2M in Tooting. A very good, professional and responsive team. Carlos, dealt with the viewings and dealing with enquires. Ramaine, covered the legal aspects and compliance issues Both maintained excellent  communication with myself and made the whole process smooth and hassle free. I am extremely happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would the receptionist is stuck up and never listen, they don't care if you are going through a bad time or if you have a special needed child all rude and stuck up unless you are rich they don't wanna know wish I never came to them, all started of nice and helpful then once you move in nothing takes months for repairs even if they do them still waiting for over a year for a few to be done and even when they are it's just glue everything and hope for the best

Ramaine, the property manager, facilitated a seamless move-in process, displaying exceptional responsiveness and efficiency in coordinating the transition. We are immensely grateful for Ramaine's dedication and attentiveness, even during weekends. Hat’s off to Ramaine! Carlos also provided excellent assistance during the viewing and promptly addressed any inquiries. This team's exceptional service is truly commendable.

I would like to express my sincere and grateful thanks to Time2Move and especially the refreshingly enthusiastic Sales and Lettings Director, Elliot Purcell, for his efficient and highly pro-active marketing and negotiations strategies, which culminated in the successful sale of my property. He made an otherwise stressful experience as painless as possible, and made sure we were updated and kept informed at every step of the way. I was especially appreciative of the assistance willingly and freely given by way of advice regarding the purchase of my new property, even though it also involved him communicating with another estate agent well outside his area. Elliot Purcell was the agent who helped me buy my first property. He was incredibly personable, always kept me in the loop and did what he could to ensure things kept moving. I was grateful for all of Elliot's efforts; if it wasn't for him, the sale would not have happened. I would have no hesitation in using Time2Move and working with Elliot again when buying/selling a property!

This was my first time buying which was daunting in the beginning.  We dealt with Elliot Purcell who was nothing short of exceptional.  He was extremely professional and easy to communicate with which made the process very smooth. Communication channels were always open so we knew what was going on at all times. Having dealt with various real estate agents over the past 12 months while looking for a house, Elliot Purcell and the team at T2M stand head and shoulders above all the other high street agencies in my opinion. Could not recommend high enough and would deal with them again in an instance. Very satisfied customer.

time2move managed my property for seven years and I had no major issues with them. They are flexible and do get the job done when needed. Ramaine in particular is very helpful!  More recently, I used them to sell my property. Elliot's work was excellent and professional throughout.  My only regret is that I didn't sell through them from the start. I would have saved myself alot of hassle and money.

I have been using T2M for some years now as a purchaser and as a landlord.  I have found them to be professional, supportive and a great asset.  As a purchaser they have been forthcoming with the information that I have needed which has proven to be very helpful, especially Chantel and Jamie.  With regards to the letting of my property, I have them as the Management Agent and quite honestly do not know what I would have done without Ramaine.  She has been a solid support and has ensured that all works undertaken have been done in a reasonable time and has organised all of the liaison required to ensure that all has ran smoothly.  I would have no hesitation in recommending T2M to anyone.

Buying my flat through Time2Move Tooting was made a lot less stressful because of Elliot's efforts, he really went the extra mile to move the purchase through as best as possible.
