Had an AMAZING night at Tigerbay! The food was incredible generous portions, too, the staff was friendly and accommodating of us, and the hookah was awesome! I had such a fun evening here with 2 of my friends that we joked about going back the next day! The vibe is upscale but casual, and it was perfect for a great night out.
I came here with my best friend last night and we we're served my Megan and honestly she was so lovely, attentive and friendly. She made sure we were always ok and looked after us from the moment we sat down until we left. Megan needs a rise! Will definitely be coming back again and hope to see our girl Megan :
I almost never write restaurant reviews, but we met a waiter there who had to be recognized publicly. Shrey was his name and he was phenomenal. He catered to three of us. He was prompt, smart, caring, and knowledgable about the food. And he just had this friendly demeanor about him that made us all happy. By the end of our dinner, two of us said, "He's the best waiter we've ever had in London”. By the way, the food is pretty good and the menu is diverse, overall pretty good place. Thank you Shrey for the wonderful service!
I love tiger bay! The shisha is great and so is the service. As they are next to Carlton Lounge, the food is also really delicious i think they use the same chefs. The interior is designed so well and THE DJ WHO WAS PLAYING 90s R&B WAS AMAZING... the vibes were immaculate and it is the perfect vibe for a shisha lounge!! also they do 2 for 1 cocktails which were so yummy
First time visiting was earlier tonight. Food was very tasty. Good shisha and music. Staff attending to us were very friendly and efficient. Overall atmosphere and set up quite impressive. Cash only, no cards. 90 minutes table time.

The food tasted lovely and the Sheesh was exquisite. The vibe was lively with the DJ smashing out lots of awesome tunes. Definitely will go again !

I came to this branch and I want to congratulate the owner because Jordan is one of the people who works He look like managersthere, he is very professional and reliable in your business. He really made me feel that I am a VIP customer. I was satisfied with all the services he provided, but honestly, I was not satisfied with the prices because they were expensive for this area, but as long as Jordan behaved professionally, this matter was resolved for me. In my opinion, you can trust Jordan a lot in choosing drinks. I really thank Jordan, you deserve the best. During the busy time there, this service is very valuable.
