Nice pub with outdoor seating. Had the Sunday roast, felt that it needed more meat and wasn't the best roast had the lamb rump but nice place to sit and relaxFood: 3/5
I recently dined here and had a mixed experience. The lamb roast, unfortunately, was quite chewy and dry, and it seemed like the chef was a bit shy with the seasoning, which left the dish lacking in flavor. However, the service was excellent—fast, friendly, and very accommodating. The outdoor garden area is a nice touch, but it could benefit from a bit more care and attention to really enhance the atmosphere. Overall, while the food could improve, the service and setting show potential
Came here for a friends birthday as a group with a reservation. The food and drinks were all wonderful. There is a great collection of cocktails and mocktails. The food was all delicious and cooked to perfection with the only issue we found was the steak being cooked wrong.Food: 5/5
Came here for a mid afternoon Sunday roast with whole family 8 of us including kids and enjoyed the chilled out vibe...Foot was fantastic - best Yorkshire pudding I have ever had and loved the aubergine gratin as the veggie roast option - something different and not too filling. Great craft beers on tap too. There was a small mix up with our meal order which they rectified quickly and they couldn't do enough to apologise. Food finishes at 5 on a Sunday but nice guitarist started at six - highly recommend
One of my fav places to go to in West Hampstead. Lovely food, and a great vibe. The menu changes occasionally but I had the fry up which wasn't in the large plates parts but still a decent size and it was good. My partner had the burger and I'll definitely try that next time as I had food envy - looked even better than mine. Looking forward to another chill afternoon in Alice House West Hampstead
Wonderful place. Exceptional staff. Love the big outdoor space right on West End Lane thats perfect for people watching. The fried chicken is super yummy and crunchy. Cocktails are tasty. Celebrated my birthday there and it was the best night thanks to everyone.Food: 5/5

Such a sweet place, laid back and jolly. The Alice House serves its' own lager, unfiltered and very pleasant. Other kegs on offer, listed on a chalkboard by the bar. The taps are not really for viewing. Lovely service with a smile from the NZ lady behind the bar. All the staff are great. A fine place for a beer. Thank you Alice.
I hate complaining, but thought I would provide some honest feedback as this place COULD be great. I’ve been to Alice House in WH around 10 times. Every single time I’ve been — the service has been beyond bad. The staff are always nice & friendly, and I must say the food is good which is the only reason I have gone back so many times despite saying never again but there’s almost always been a wrong or missing order, Beer is always flat & the wait times are consistently delayed. I sat for an hour today to get the wrong order, twice, so left. This place has so much potential, it’s a great space with good food — but seriously needs someone to come in and sort out the operations & service. Until that’s done I will avoid.
