Food very hit and miss! Mostly miss! Hope you never have issues with your food as they don't accept any form of complaint. Wrong orders, poor quality. The owner gets extremely aggressive on the phone and refuses to accept any criticism. We used this place for years and it has seriously gone downhill over the past year. We will not use them again.

Lady hung up the phone when I complained that I was given the wrong order and proceeded to get very aggressive. I asked for my order and she shouted and hung up the phone. Appalling service to go with the appalling food.

Jut tried to place an order here. On the website it said that, and I quote "delivery charges outside of the free Whiteley area for orders over £15 is £1.00." We were happy enough with this, as our proposed order came to nearly £30 so £1 extra would not have made a difference. We called up, told them our address for delivery, but apparently we are too far. The area they deliver to is 1.9 miles of arc, we were 2.14 miles away, less than 0.2 of a mile! Therefore, they would not delivery to us at all! I would hate to think what area qualifies for their "free delivery". What a joke. How can you be called a delivery service when you can't even deliver 2 miles!?

I’m not sure what the bad reviews are about - I’ve ordered from here a few times and never had any issues, quite the opposite actually! Possibly my favourite Chinese take away around here. Parking can sometimes be a bit difficult during the busier times but there’s street parking nearby.
