The service provided by Anne upon my arrival at Harvester Buccaneer was truly commendable. The manager was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, as they have always been during my numerous visits to the Buccaneer over the years. They promptly escorted me to my table within the pub and attentively took our orders. Although their attentiveness may have been slightly excessive, it did not detract from the overall positive experience. The staff demonstrated friendliness and knowledge throughout the meal, and I was pleasantly greeted upon leaving the establishment. Additionally, the chef, Shemmy, deserves recognition for maintaining efficiency in the kitchen, especially considering it was a busy Sunday. The food was of excellent quality, and the waiting time was reasonable, approximately 10 to 20 minutes.
Lovely food & server. Bit sad the continental breakfast has gone but I guess it’s simpler just sit and relax
I had a surprise family meal for my boyfriend who has turned 18. We had Katie serve us and she made sure that everyone was happy and had their drinks as soon as we was sat down. She then continued to order our food and she made it very simple and easy for us. She then bought a cake out for him and helped me to serve it. She was very kind and compassionate and she is very good at her job. The food was also lovely and drinks were very quick to come out. Thank you Katie for your great service and support!
Really nice atmosphere and a lovely waitress made it a very enjoyable lunch. Food was good but my chicken skewers were very dry and bland. All other food was fine. Love the free salad with meals.
Decided to wait until our second visit before I left a review for this lovely venue, an the second visit was as good as the first.nEverything 5 star, food was great value, well presented and very tasty.nWe've been served both times by Maddy and both times, she's provided excellent customer service.
