Standard nandos, not much else to say to be honest! Service was very quick, food was exactly as expected. Ordering via mobiles is really nice too! Only very minor thing I'd note is they'd put a film on the tables which was peeling and felt weird but otherwise yeah absolutely no complaints!

There were empty tables when we arrived but we still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. When the food arrived, one meal was replaced because the chicken was cold, one meal was "warm" and the garlic bread was tough to chew but we didn't want to keep replacing meals. Not the best food experience.

Seated quickly by a friendly member of staff. food was great as there are now some more vegetarian/vegan options - although salad choices are now less, which is a shame. Generally a good all round experience.Food: 4/5

Took my family of 5 here tonight arrived at 7:30 to be told there is a waiting time of 45min I said there’s no one in there ? The staff member said Deliveroo comes first and there behind on there orders so we can’t sit anyone in the Restaraunt! When did they stop being a Restaraunt and become a takeaway service, they could advise people of this on there website instead of waisting peoples time and effort.

Bench seating join had food trapped in it, which is careless. It should be cleaner. On the plus side the food was tasty and drinks can be bottomless. I didn't try the desserts.

We went there on a business dinner after buying over £100 of food the manager accused us of theft for two Coca-Cola's. When he checked the till he realised his mistake and didn't apologise. We asked for a full refund and left.. wouldn't recommend!

Yep it's a good nandos. Staff nice and restaurant clean. If you haven't been to a nandos then this would be an easy win.

As a longstanding fan of Nandos my wife and I decided to take my parents who were visiting from the Caribbean along for the experience. With the closest Nandos in Portsmouth being shut for refurbishment we travelled to Fareham from Havant only to find a 50 minute wait for a table. We then  took the risk and drove an additional 10 minutes to whitely and could not have made a better decision.  We were seated straight away by the friendly staff who then relocated us upon request. The food was delivered in a short period and was piping hot which my parents were very appreciative of. Having spent what in our opinion was exorbitant amount of money for an underwhelming dinner at a steak restaurant the previous weekend, it was a pleasure to see the enjoyment the comparatively cheap Nandos meal created and my dad who like myself can really put it away had time request a take away box! At the end of the meal he shook his head smiled and said "good graze". Mission accomplished.  Kid-friendliness: Offered the standard colouring and puzzle activity book type things which helped to keep the young one entertained for a little while. Child seat / high chair provided without request which was thoughtful.   Parking: No issues with parking as we literally parked just outside of the restaurant for no charge.   Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible via wheelchair.
