In our opinion this company is THE lowest common denominator of pizza delivery operators. Absolutely dreadful in every way. Firstly we were kept waiting for 1 and a half hours for pizzas, that when they did arrive were an insult to the concepts of value for money and acceptable cuisine. Both of our 17" Tiffin And Fresco Italian "pizzas" consisted of a stale wafer thin bases on which we struggled to find anything that resembled a reasonable topping. When the delivery man finally turned up, he was unapologetic, and argumentative to the point of downright hostility when questioned as to why delivery had taken so very long. On being politely asked whether we´d receive a discount for such awful service, the delivery man responded in barely understandable English "you have had one, we had to throw other pizza away as we could not find you, we give you new pizza". Yes, that´s right. They thought they were doing us a favour by delivering a dreadful pizza, one and a half hours late to an address which is brightly illuminated with great big neon lights and whose very name is spot lit. Unsurprisingly, no other delivery company has failed to find our address. On calling the company to complain we were once again greeted by someone whose communication skills were sub-par and when another person did eventually come on the line they brushed aside all complaints with the glib statement "this how people want pizza". We beg to differ and would urge any other potential customers to avoid spending a single penny with the outstandingly bad Tiffin And Fresco Italian "pizza".
It's not easy to find a place with an Italian menu around us, but this is the right one. There are a lot of people every time when I'm coming here but the waiting is not a problem once you taste their pizzas. It's always cleaned at the reception ,which is really important for me. Pepperoni Piccante is my favourite pizza and when you mix it with some of the Italian beers... you can guess the result.
Not a restaurant but a take-away. I was surprised to see the owner actually help out and chat with his customers. Very warm reception, and to the detail with the food. Great customer service, great food, and where else can you find a mix of Indian AND Italian! Will recommend to make it at least a monthly destination for your take-aways.
It's expensive, you wait unreasonably long - even when picking up food, the speed in which the so called chefs work is frustrating to the point that you wanna go into the kitchen and do it yourself. Did I mention it's pricey? I try to support businesses in Acton, a lot are struggling on the ever changing high-street, but this lot I'd like to see vacate for a better one. That said, the two times I did have food there, it was delicious. But now I just get Italian opposite South Ealing station.
Slooooooow delivery!!!! Not what i expected especially after calling to find out where the food was - was assured the driver had left 5 minutes ago only for him to show up an hour later on a journey that should take 10 minutes :- Won't use them again, so many other, far better food delivery places in this area.
Excellent pizzas every time and great value for money. Our friday night treat :
i can take or leave the pizzas as the pizzas at Station House pub are superior BUT the indian food is always delicios
Great fresh indian food takeaway, really high quality, actually one of the best I've had.
No delivery for over 2 hours. Contacted them twice, waited another hour to be told they delivered to different address. Not impressed.
Changed hands recently. Amazing pizza, friendly service.
