I had a great experience working with Tidal. They were very helpful and efficient in finding me a new place to rent. They have a wide variety of properties to choose from, and they were always available to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend Tidal to anyone looking for a new place to rent.

House hunting is a pain but house hunting in January is an excruciating pain! However,  thanks to Trudy Brereton from Tidal, it was more bearable. After we came across a flat they advertised on right move. We hit the ground running from there! Trudy was super helpful! She provided an impeccable service; she spoke to the landlord and ensured that we had mattresses in the flat. She responded swiftly to  her emails and calls. She also waited a couple more minutes after closing time so we could get our key from the office since our train got delayed  from Manchester !!  Over all, Trudy from tidal  was brilliant, I highly recommend their services!

Wasted my time twice! Absolutely don’t recommend this mickie mouse agency. Never sent an application form although twice ive been interested. Little people makes them feel superior when you are in a desperate need of home!

I cannot praise Tidal enough a great estate agent. Tidal are always professional and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent staff that always communicate extremely well with me.

If I could give these guys 100 stars I would. We moved into a property in Mount pleasant during covid. From the day we moved in we experienced racism, harassment and pure hell from the neighbour. Disinfectant was thrown at my husband and she told him he's dirty he's black she also told him we had to rent the property because they don't give "his kind" mortgages. All this while she lives rent and mortgage free with her elderly mother. The police and the girls at tidal went above and beyond to help us but unfortunately we had to leave the property because of her and the psychotic actions having such a negative impact on my mental health.For an estate agent you went above and beyond what you needed to do during this horrific time. Many thanks to you all for your support.

I am a landlord and Tidal have shown me an appalling level of 'service' they have lied about carrying out property inspections, provided incorrect information in preparation for a court case for eviction, and left my properties unattended to, as a result I have had issues with tenants that I shouldn't have. They never answer the phone and if you ask for an update do not expect to get one, they forget. I have waited on maintenance issues that have been reported for months and months, and despite chasing their are unable to source quotes for the work. More than once have maintenance issues just slipped their minds, when I chase them I'm made to feel like I'm a problem. DO NOT ENTRUST your investments to this company! You will get a sub par service to say the least.

Highly recommend Tidal - super helpful when I used them recently to sell my house.

I fully recommend Tidal. Having to move twice in 7 months was far from ideal! But Sarah has been incredibly helpful and supportive. She has gone above and beyond to help me find my new rental property. Nothing has been too much trouble. She has shown great patience and made the situation as smooth as it could possibly be.  When damaged was caused during the recent storms, a quick call to the emergency number had everything sorted very quickly.  Thank you Sarah

Nice people but very inefficient. I have gone 1 month without hot water in my shower and now they've removed the shower and I have not had a shower for 4 days now.  I have emailed and called many times. Completely unprofessional and inefficient.
