I have recently used Astleys in Walter Road Swansea to sell my property.  From the first communication, I found them professional, polite , friendly and efficient. I was notified of every viewing in advance and any feedback received promptly.  Each time I called in the office, all the staff without exception, was so friendly .  A special mention to Sara Copeland who personally kept me up to date whilst I was abroad - she really went that extra mile. I would definitely use them again and happy to recommend their services.

Acting on behalf of the seller, Christine and the team were all fantastic from beginning to end. Always reachable, and always chasing throughout the whole process! Thankful that as the purchaser, Chris made everything smooth as possible.

Astleys were very professional and the Lady we dealt with Natalie was really really lovely.  She did everything she possibly could to help us push the sale through as quickly as possibly.

Not very organised, I have emailed them a few times and they not responding to my emails that's why I Give It 2 stars only job they done is my bathroom I've been waiting for my new cooker for 2 months.

I thoroughly recommend Astleys Estate Agency based on my experience in recent months. Sara, who I have dealt with in the main has  been a very accommodating and helpful person to discuss matters with. She is willing to give generously of her time. A pleasant and professional individual.
