I have been with them for a year now and it has been a good experience with Swan Sales and Lettings. Always responsive and prompt on maintenance issues. Customer service is topnotch and for this alone you have my 5 star rating. The staff are friendly and courteous. I am excited at the huge incentives given to us on our monthly rent. Thanks guys for being the best. I would always recommend Swan Sales and Lettings.

Easily the best housing agent for students all over Swansea. They're very affordable and reliable.

Been chasing up for nearly three months about my items that went missing as I had moved them in for the period of my summer retainer. Messages ignored and no one responds to the emails. Disappointing and frustrating all at once. No one to offer help.

The best letting agency in Swansea the staff are very helpful and friendly would highly recommend them!!

Under NO circumstances work with these people. They are incompetent, inconsiderate and corrupt. They refuse to give deposits back, violate and ignore the clauses in their contracts. Make students pay out for unspecified “fees” at short notice and provide little to no support regarding anything at all.

Terrible experience with the company. They have failed to keep many promises such as when the accommodation will be finished and when we would be refunded. Overall a stressful experience and would not recommend to anyone to select housing from here but instead to actively avoid it. Attached is a picture of the "kitchen" taken in July with our move in date in September. The picture should highlight the incompetence of the company and the empty promises they make. We didn't expect to get balarammed so hard.

Poor poor customer service! Dirty stained bedsheets upon arrival, which their best response to was to come and change them the following day. This is 1 example of the poor solutions if they gave any at all to the many issues we raised - this was only a 3 day holiday letting.
