Very easy to book and return the rental van. Got the best price in the market and no trouble at all with the rented van.

I rented BMW 320 estate and it was literally brand new (2017 and only had about 1500 miles). The car was powerful and very comfortable to drive. The staff was nice. I do recommend renters getting extra insurance as it will bring down the deposits and liabilities to £250.

Website shows customers can return car on Sunday & Norwich branch rep says they don't accept Sunday returns! Sort it out pls.

Absoulte waste of my time, Very Unhelpful & Full of excuses why I couldn't rent a car... 
Popped in as i was passing. I wanted to rent a car in August, from the moment he started talking it was negative from the start. He was very objectional and seemed like he didn't have a clue what he was doing or talking about. I thought there job was to try and rent cars not use excuses not to rent cars, very strange experience to say the least.
I even said I want to book a car now and I'm happy to leave a deposit now? He still said there's nothing available and they don't pre book cars? 
I even said ok I'll pay in full now for August he said he didn't know what cars he's have available for then. Just booked with pbsupercars total different attitude and experience. 10/10 and I would highly recommend, fantastic service!
