It was refreshing to find a van hire company that understood it's customers. I wanted a van for half a day and that's what Apex provided. The van itself was a very clean Transit on a '22 plate and an excellent drive. The Apex staff were very friendly and helpful. This was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to everyone

Apex are the best rental company in norwich. And probably the UK. The vans are top notch ,all brand new ,low milage. the rates are the cheapest around and the service is excellent from the ladies in the office. Would highly recommend and will use again.
Really great value and good service, with excellent vehicles. During my rental another car backed into the Apex vehicle causing minor damage. Apex staff were very understanding. They politely and professionally guided me through the problem and the whole matter was rapidly resolved.
