Absolute disgrace, when you return the car they hit you with a massive bill for damage that was already done. The first car they sent had faulty brakes.
Absolutely awful company, I’m surprised they’re still in business. On day of delivery, the car arrived 2 hours late. The customer service over the phone on the day was inaccurate and terrible, the driver offered no apologies saying “we’ve had loads of deliveries”. The few times I’ve needed to speak to Thrifty again, I was met by a rude and disinterested customer service agent. I would avoid at all costs.
Absolute cowboys! I booked a van for the following day, received a confirmation email. I was so pleased to find a great price unfortunately as the saying goes “if it’s to good to be true, it probably is” When I arrived at their office I was faced by an extremely rude staff member. Not surprisingly, told me that the reservation was not confirmed and if I wanted the van for today the price was almost triple. Absolutely avoid at all cost!!
Awful service Enfield, in fact no service at all. No idea about customer relations - tried to book a van, received a holding email, only to find out that they do not hire vans out. "Oh sorry we should have come back to you". Absolutely crass. If this is an example - do not use Thrifty.
Absolutely amazing experience with thrifty. Upgraded to a better car, great customer service, great price, hassle-fee extension of the vehicle when i decided i needed it for another week. Extremely impressed by the level of care and service provided to me by Liv Dube. He's a real asset to the company. I've even recommended Thrify to all friends and family. I have also recommended thrifty to the company i work for as we use rental vehicles quite a lot.
The team are fantastic at this branch chris,jay,david,mehmet and few of the other lads are extremely polite and helpful and always go the extra mile to deliver the fantastic service all us customers need. Keep it up lads
What a fantastic experience due to my car breaking down needed a quick source of transport was recommended this branch by a friend.staff went out of their way to source me a vechicle within my price. Great service and great people.
Nice people. The car, a 3 series BMW was not what I call the premium range but then that it quite subjective. Unlimited mileage came also as a petrol which is obviously more expensive. All in all an average service
I’ve rented with this guys for the first time last week end. I must say that the service is excellent, the cars are top of the range and the people working there are very helpful and ready to give you advise. Well done! See you soon.
would highly recommend this branch, lovely staff especially the drivers Gurdeep and Kam, so polite and helpful. They went out of there way to deliever my car at a time and place that suited me. Thank you guys, made my day so much easier.
