WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
I booked my van over the phone to be delivered to my place at 10:00am. The day of the delivery I receive a voicemail at 8:00 that Enfield branch that they do not do delivery and my van is not available. I called back but no-one answer. I called about 20 times from 8 to 10:00...no response. I went to the brach and a lady told me that the van will "maybe" available at 13:00, but she was not sure!!!
On the end I had to come back at 13:00 to collect a van that was smaller that what I booked!

Just a rip off!

Not only would I not recommend Europcar Enfield i would recommend people to avoid it. We turned up for a 10am appointment and among 5 customers were the first to leave with our vehicle at 10:45. The customer service was slow, inefficient and i'm not sure the staff knew what was going on. We had booked our vehicle for the whole day to return at 5pm but were told on collection the branch actually closes at 1pm so we would be okay to leave the car on the street opposite and drop the keys in Kwik fit next door. The staff failed to understand our concerns that we didn't want to be held liable should anything happen to the van once we have left it on the street over the weekend. We were recommended that we should drop it off on Monday and still ONLY page for the 1 day. This matter was resolved and we dropped the car off on Sunday morning but come Monday we were charged for 3 days rental. The vehicle itself was also in a horrendous state, we did not receive a full tank of petrol, the engine warning light was on (we were told this was a computer issue) and it was filthy. Of course come Monday we have been charged with a full tank of petrol.

Few hours ago, I would have given a really terrible review, but honestly, after going to the station myself and speaking with the staff members, I can only say that THEY DO TRY THEIR BEST. Thank you for all your help Alex and Sadik, you’ve both been absolute stars.

Nightmare from start to finish. Booked my van online in the morning to collect at 5pm. Received a call at 4.45pm that day to tell me the van wasn't available and they couldn't source one elsewhere. Had to chase for 3 days to get a refund. I strongly advise not to deal with this company.

Poor service. Had booking for 8am. Noone showed up until 8:20. I only had a half day booking. Very unimpressed by this and won't use again. Useless.
