Extremely poor service and communication. Europcar cancelled a hire vehicle claiming they tried to contact us, but no calls or voicemails were ever received. It later became clear they may have been using the wrong phone number, and no attempt was made to email, leave a voicemail, or contact an alternative number. As a result, a disabled customer was left without a vehicle for 2 weeks. They continued to refuse to contact us to arrange a hire vehicle. When I finally got through, customer service was dismissive and no apology was offered. Completely unacceptable and an extremely stressful experience.

Very pleased with the service here. The team was accommodating and made the whole rental process easy. No waiting around, just quick and efficient. Five stars!

Van wasn't available that I ordered and I was not notified of this. I was offered a bigger van and told I'd need to pay for this. After refusing this and after a long delay which messed up our moving times, I was provided with a van. The red engine light came on in the van which was stressful, and I was charged extra for diesel on the invoice, even though I had topped up the diesel to the level required, and we had only driven 50 miles. I would definitely avoid this company

Terrible experience at Europcar Enfield. My boyfriend had a courtesy car from them and left belongings inside. When he reported this, the branch denied finding anything, gave no helpful support, and acted as though we were making an accusation rather than a genuine issue. Their customer service was dismissive and unresponsive, we felt completely ignored and taken advantage of. Avoid using this branch if you value your time and peace of mind.

Terrible place. Run by the ruddest and most unprofessional staff. Bled me dry of money.  Didn't give me a car with a full tank of petrol but demanded I gave it back to them with a full tank and charged me £80 for this. Took random amounts of money from my account constantly and customer service hung up the phone on me.  Avoid this place they are scammers.
