Awful. I booked delivery and collection. Despite the promise of a call to confirm delivery, there was no call. The car was delivered, but was late. Collection did not take place at the time (or on the day) arranged and has still not taken place. There has been no contact from the Enfield Branch and it is impossible to contact them. The general Avis customer service said that they need to get the keys from me to collect - and if i don't want to wait in on the off chance that they turn up over the next couple of days, I could leave the keys by the wheel on the driver's side, but i will be responsible if someone takes the car. Whoever manages this branch is a failure.

Didnt have the car I booked. Gave a higher available band for no extra charge seamlessly. Great customer service.
