The food was very good, beds absolutely fantastic,  the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very spacious and clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Very remote outpost.
Ideal for those who wants a quiet stay away.
Loads of cobwebs and spiders in the rooms, and we had two rooms because the kids were scare of the spiders.
However, beautiful location.
Breakfast is good.
The staff were nice.

One more thing.
My wife went down to ask for another blanket but instead of finding staff at the desk, she found a phone with a note telling guests to call a number if they need anything.
The person on the phone said they were about 20 minutes away. Which means that the house had no staff through the night.
We found that disconcerting.
