Me and my lady arrived at the hotel and were warmly welcomed and given one of their most luxurious suits. They have provided everything we have asked for and asked us at least 7 times if we are happy and have everything we need (we are very picky and know what we want). The room was very clean and really nice. They had huge Sony plasma TV that we enjoyed a lot. For a change the breakfast time was on request. It was very tasty and very good portion size. They had no forgotten to make my lady happy and serve her vegetarian dish. We have GREATLY ENJOYED OUR STAY, would highly recommend it.

The staff are really friendly and they have the best positive vibe. The hotel has a retro style decoration which is really fine by me. The staff even told us where to go to explore the area. They only get 4 stars because the restaurant is closed when the guide says it's open as well as the bar. We know that the reception closes at 10 but since there is supposed to be a restaurant it should be open. Other than that, a great experience to obtain.

Bedroom ok, noise coming from downstairs through the night, discovered it was a vibrating radiator in the morning . Came down for breakfast this is where it started nothing was prepared, even thou time was arranged prior. No hot water for tea, no juice, had to ask waitress for everything, waitress and cook in bobble hats and coats,wrong breakfast order, it was cold, no toast, no butter, it was so so long waiting we walked out. Laughable

Just for one night but great reception staff and really nice people really big rooms nice and comfortable.one tv didn’t work but not the end of the world but yet to have breakfast but about to go and get it.

I stayed one night for work purposes the bed was comfy the welcome was warm. It has a very homely feel which is a nice change from all the chains i usually stay in Check in was very quick and easy. It looks like the owners are putting effort in. I think the more guests they have i can only see it going from strength to strength.
