The Staff is amazing, incredibly kind and caring. The accommodation itself is clean, cosy and in a nice spot of town. Furthermore the prices are absolutely reasonable. I had an amazing time staying here and will definitely consider coming back to this Hotel should I ever visit the area again.

Very pleased indeed with this hotel. Stayed here two nights. Family-owned, and one of the main hotels in town dating to the spa era. Staff are extremely helpful. Lift is a tad small if you are bringing a wheelchair, but can work around. Meals are very good. Breakfast well worth the additional cost. I would most definitely stay here again. Recommend it.

We had a very enjoyable experience at this character hotel with many original features. We loved the real fire in the restaurant. Food was excellent. Staff we very friendly and it was nice to be hosted by the owner who had time to talk to her guests. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Nice hotel with a good character, water temperature can be a bit unpredictable when having a shower. Breakfast is good, everybody running the hotel is very pleasant.

Lovely rooms and brilliant owners. The welcome was very warm and we felt like family towards the end of the stay. Buffet style breakfast was tasty and filling with plenty of choice. We asked for poached eggs which were made to order and cooked beautifully. All in all a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble.
