A top guy served us today called Chavez in Manchester! He solved 3 problems and worked with us until everything was solved ! 100% customer service ! A new deal for my son ! Solved issues with my wife’s phone and we talked about deals for me in 8 months ! Very friendly with children & patient! A top guy an ambassador for 3 ! I told him a story I was chosen to be on Facebook & Twitter a top photograph which set me on my way to many things for charity & win awards !
Worst experience. Honestly every single time I speak to any member of staff it’s worse than the one before. My mother was kicked out of the store today after having been to the store twice in two days to get a replacement sim. I’ve contacted them so many times prior as she was without a sim or internet for over a week. When I placed an order for a sim, they told me it’ll take 1-3 days and when I checked after 3 working days have passed, turns out, an order was never even placed. I spoke to three people on their live chat. Amar, Yash and Lawrence and when all options have been exhausted my mother decided she will just go into the store even though she gets belittled and spoken to in the worst imaginable ways. As soon as she walked in and spoke to a colleague, another manager told him not to speak to her and ignore her. She finally had enough today and gave it back and when they received the same level of treatment, they kicked her out of the store and refused to offer her a service. She was left with no sim and unable to reach me or anyone. She asked a stranger to call me and when I finally got there, and tried to speak to them, they wouldn’t even let me go into the store. And when I explained the situation, they still refused to help us. Absolute waste of time and money. The worst customer service I’ve ever come across. I will be raising a complaint as the treatment that my mother experienced today made my blood boil. I wonder how the staff would feel if their parent was kicked out of a store and refused service.
Omar is a great employee. He very kindly set-up the eSim on my phone in the space of 5 minutes! I’d struggled for ages going between two phones for business and personal use, but he made everything really easy for me. He even set-up the part that lets me choose what number to call/text off! Very grateful and impressed. I’ll go back to him again! : Thank you, Omar! :
Attique was so helpful and wonderful during my visit to try and get my phone sorted. As I have so much data, I was literally there for 2 hours, and Attique could not have been more patient. Thank you.
Always have fantastic service in this three store. Tasha is the most amazing person who works here Always feel welcome with friendly and bubbly personality. I will always travel to this store over any other three store. 10/10
Don't expect any help after you've signed your contract. This shop cares about you signing up for a new phone the staff said we are a Sales store, after that they will direct you to the customer service number. I went in to enquire about a contract being erroneously ended. The staff did everything possible to fob me off without helping. Firstly they said I need photo ID - false. It is possible to verify this check via mobile or email. This was only offered when I pressed for it. Secondly I speak to someone and they ask what my mobile number is, they say there is no record. Yes, because you ended my contract erroneously. I insisted that you are the 3 shop where I bought my contract, you must have a record. Again, when pressed. Oh so give me your mobile and postcode... miraculously they find my account. They have cancelled my contract in error. Can you fix it? No. Phone 3 customer services. How can I do that? Use someone else's phone or bu y a pay as you go. The staff member then interjects 'this is why I'm with Vodafone' - unbelievable from a company representative. Eventually... they give me their internal phone to speak to their foreign call centre. I have no issues with speaking to the foreign call centre, they have always resolved my queries. I was however confused that the store who sold me my contracts in the UK were not interested in helping. Spent an hour on the phone using their internal phone with broken connection. Eventually managed to get my phone back online. This is what you can expect from this store post sign up. Maybe take their advice and choose Vodafone if you are expecting aftercare from this store. I respect the staff are extremely busy here and faced with abuse from customers. However, my experience is a poor poor reflection that doesn't equate to my overall experience on the network. Zero stars for today, dragged back to 2 as you did very well about selling a contract and the overall network experience is good.
Worst experience for my mum. She said a lady served her but that lady was busy chewing her gum... chewing and talking. Very Unprofessional and rude!!!. She was not kind and the staffs did not assist her at all. They blamed her for not terminating the contact herself. Instead of guiding her on how to solve the issue...she was told off rudely. Stop chewing gum!! and be nice to your customers not only when you take money also when they need help!!!
Having given up with customer services via the robotic live chat and no luck on the phone, I was advised to go I to the three shop in order to get a new sim card. However they wanted my ID, only had my PASS Citizen proof of age card which they wouldn't accept even though some Airlines do on domestic flights, its also valid ID for voting. Not the staff's fault but poor company policy. So wasted an hour and still no sim card! Also when you see staff names being dropped in reviews it's quite often written by themselves as a part of three's employee training cause. Pizza Hut and many others do this too. Rather shady if you ask me.
shocking keep sending bills to my house in fake names demanding money , when you call to sort , ask for a phone number which is none existent on the paperwork , it take hours to get sorted . when you get through to india they have no idea they are now-taking people to court who don’t exist . a joke despite promises this is sorted they are a joke. . very ooor service i’m going to bill them. for wasting my time
