Nice quiet lunch. Good food, I enjoyed my pie which actually tasted of the ingredients. Pleasant service. Portions are good but not too large, lots of vegetables. A good place for lunch.

Great pub wirh some great beers Staff are lovely. This pub must be the best kept secret. Some signage at both ends of the road & they wouldn't cope with the influx of new business. Keep up the good work team.

About to change hands due to retirement . Senior discounts weekday lunchtime. Menu limited & not everything available when we visited so hopefully will improve with new management?

A nice little pub with decent food and 8 pumps, 4 resident beers and 4 guest beers, the staff have been rude in the past but I guess that's just people for you. it's a nice little pub for a quiet beer in the evening, sometimes it can be over run by cyclists but that's a common problem in country pubs in this area. i like to go for a quiet game of crib with my dad and its perfect for that.

We had the good fortune to have our family Christmas get together here today and it was excellent. Good food, excellent service. Nothing was too much for the friendly attentive staff. Thank you all so much for making it such an enjoyable and memorable lunch.
