We discovered this little gem after a walk in the hills last Saturday. My wife and I shared a yummy sausage roll and a cheese scone which were washed down with a couple of wonderful mugs of hot chocolate. What's not to like! This place was an instant hit with us both and we decided that we had to return for our evening meal as well! To our huge disappointment, they were booked up for dinner but the lovely Laura (or was it Lauren?) managed to squeeze us in later on in the evening. We had the most wonderful time, the ambience was perfect and the food was to die for. I am slightly embarrassed to say that we went back for lunch the next day as well!

I don't think the three hares even needs my 5 star review! Get yourself there it speaks for itself. Wonderful atmosphere and the food is out of this world tasty, always incredibly fresh. The smell of home baking fills the air. A special wee spot :D

Superb service. Children and dogs more than welcome. Staff can’t do enough to help. We wanted some beans for our daughter and they nipped out and got some from the local shop! Even better, they had an excellent range of local beers on tap and in the fridge!
