I contacted the shop An explained I had bought a bike from Argos for my son an built it myself (first time ever to do this) The staff was helpful and asked for a picture... Long story short. They was really good and helped me fix the bike even thou I shopped somewhere else. Really nice helpful team. Thank you so much!!!

Returning to mountain biking after a long break the first store I visited was Evans in Kendal. I explained that I was tentatively looking at a new bike, but a lot had changed since the last time I bought one. The sales staff could not have been more helpful. On a busy Saturday they were happy to explain all the differences and advantages of the new technology. There was no pressure to buy, just explanation and guidance. Returning to my local bike shops this was sadly not the case. A few weeks later I made the 100 mile plus round trip to buy my new bike from the Kendal store, purely down to the service and helpfulness of the staff. Thanks guys!

Great sales staff helpful and know there stuff. Experiance of workshop not so good. On the whole excellent value as a shop and returns policy and after care excellent. Work shop OK has long as it is not to technical. Had the same experiance with reverb post ended up putting it on my self in the shop. But they can be forgiven for that.
