Humiliating Experience at Self-ServicennI had an absolutely terrible experience at the self-service checkouts in Primark East Ham. The staff treated me like a thief for no reason, making me feel completely embarrassed in front of everyone. Instead of offering assistance, they were rude and dismissive, acting as if I was doing something wrong when I was just trying to pay for my items.nnNo customer should be treated this way. The staff need proper training on customer service and how to handle situations professionally. I won’t be shopping here again after this humiliating experience!
Today A muslim lady walked in to the Queue and jumped and said I’m pregnant so i can skip the queue and I’m a doctor without any excuse to the people who was standing on the Queue.nnWhen i try to tell that to the managers. they were aware about that it’s happening here we have to allow them to jump the queuesad and we can’t ask them questions too.nnUnfair the way they treat the customers In this way non of the staff were ready to talk because they all don’t care . And the people lie and get in to the Queue and ready to argue too.
I went for a shopping to east ham Primark this last Friday with my wife and two baby daughters finished may shopping back to to the que is messy, go for payment one Asian woman around late 50 maybe 60, no tag name! I have put all my shopping on the desk, she shouted on me are you having anymore shopping to put on the desk I have said everything is in side the basket as you see them I have asked my wife anymore shopping we left she said no what her issue and why she's shouting!,than she ask me if I want Primark £1 bag I said no I need craft one but if you don't have all use my ones, she stuck my all shopping in tow small bags £60 shopping, then I have pay and I have seen one of the managers namesmarish I have world!nHe came after 10 minutes and he said what the problem, I have explained what just happened on the till the lady not wearing tag name unknown been rude and given me attitude for no reason, he said he will give her a feedback.nIs disappointing to see the staff Cary they own problems at works and even on the Que I have no seen any management jumps and organised the que to make it easy going ,the staff they all grumpy sad it seems is a lot issues, that one of the staff disrespect me while I'm paying my shopping.nNo respect, disappointed.
Great collection but staffs are not fully approachable. Most of the time i have noticed one thing that most of the staffs are rude on the floor . Even today when i visited there, i was on kids section, suddenly a staff came and started rearranging that bit of cloths which i was browsing. They never even say “excuse me” . Not only today it happened most of the times i visited this store.
Primark offers affordable, trendy items but can be challenging to navigate. The layout is often crowded and makes it hard to locate specific sections. However, the variety and prices make it worth a visit if you’re willing to spend some time browsing.
