Very helpful and offers good advice
I was checking my online account for the rent and I noticed that l never got any of my free rent weeks l been trying to get through to the rent office all l get is this number is no longer available so I tried using another number but all it said was line busy so far I've tried 4 different options but no response what a crappie council I'm very annoyed and angry
The lady who helped me get a new key fob was brilliant from calling to collecting it took half hour
Why have a phone line if it's never answered. The staff are rude... customer service is shocking!! Where is the help and support for people??!
Waste of time trying to contact them. Sat in waiting for a Tenancy check all day and nobody came. Waste of a day's holiday. Phone system doese not have a genersl enquiry option and the whole thing is a general farce. Would give a zero if possible.
It is a shame that I have to give 1 star! As this is being to generous! Minus stars would be better! Total waste of time and space! No phones answered, no one to talk to that actually matters! Should close down completely and use the space for something actually useful to the people of thornhill! Like a clothing shop?
Worst council service in whole city,everything you want to do is very difficult for them, everything takes a huge amount of time. I do not recommend it.
Never answer the phone so how can you contact them?
The woman who answered the phone, this morning, was rude & had a disgusting attitude. Staff need retraining in customer service...or sacking!!
this phone line doesn't work it cuts off everytime after one ring.
