I have just booked our second family holiday this year with TUI Market Street Manchester.  The Travel adviser Hallie was helpful and informative, she offered me alternatives and gave knowledgeable advice of the places I wanted to travel to. Hallie was then able to give information on excursions which she was able to offer special discounts on.  She offered travel insurance and gave me information on when balances needed to be paid and reminded me of the excellent exchange rates available on currency.  Hallie then followed up with an email confirming what we had discussed.  Will definitely be booking again with TUI Manchester 5

Dealt with this store a few times. Always has a good atmosphere when you go in and staff are fab. The Manager Liam was involved with our booking as he had first hand tips about Mexico for us. He was great and a real asset to Tui. Will be booking again :

What a great asset to your company you have! The team at market st put me massively at ease when I had some issues with an online booking. Issue sorted and resolved within a couple of hours! Massive thank you to them all!

Called in to TUI to see what they could do on a holiday that I’d already found. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Liam who I believe is the store manager. He went above an beyond of what I had already found. He offered me everything that I could do whilst on my holiday and took care of everything from start to finish, even matching the price I had found. Could not get that service online. Thank you

Lied to in an attempt to convince me to book instore rather than online. Would have been happy to do so if I wasn't deceived and given incorrect information in the beginning. Will never be booking instore due to this. Julie and The Manager Liam, I believe both clearly lied and then back tracked rather embarrassingly after I called CS whilst in the shop who confirmed they were incorrect.  Unfortunately, they still couldn't give me a straight answer because in order to do so, they would have had to admit they had lied in the first place.  Formal complaint has been submitted.

Very friendly staff and lovely shop came in to book a holiday for my birthday and Hallie helped me out and was very efficient and polite, assisted me with all my enquiry’s helped me find the perfect holiday. Would definitely book again.

Couldn’t recommend more, absolutely amazing staff, helped me with absolutely everything for me and my other half, will definitely be booking through them every time I go on holiday! So stress free!

Always great service from the team here. Never fail to inspire me with great service and recommendations that are fit for me and my partner. The young manager Liam is a true asset to TUI.
