My Wife and I visited Kuoni Manchester to book our Honeymoon to Thailand, we dealt with Bekki both over the phone and via email. Bekki looked after us fantastically, she used her own knowledge and that of others in the group who had visited the areas we wanted to travel to, Kuoni arranged 5 separate locations for us with connecting transfers car and boat. all the hotels we stayed at were stunning and we could not fault any of them, the transfers were all safe, clean and on time, we didn't have to worry or think the entire time. Bekki worked hard to generate multiple options for us, she kept us informed and was always there to answer any questions we had, the whole experience was fantastic. thank you, you really made our holiday!
Always an excellent service from the staff at Kuoni, King Street, Manchester. Knowledgeable and professional staff - nothing is too much trouble for them. Extensive knowledge of destinations near and far. The staff made us feel very special and tailor made a wonderful holiday to suit our needs. Choosing that special, once in a lifetime holiday is what these guys excel at. Well done to Kuoni for giving us an unforgettable customer experience.
We have booked several holidays through Kuoni, King Street, Manchester. We love the fact the staff listen to what we want from and to include in our holiday and will tailor make an experience to suit our needs. They will go out of their way to make it happen and every detail is organised to perfection. Have recommended to several friends who are also delighted with their experience with Kuoni Manchester.
Excellent service, booked many holidays through Kuoni on King Street. A warm welcome with friendly expert advice; and best of all if something is not known they will find out for you, and the answer will be correct. The staff are keen to know you as an individual in order to tailor if possible to what you want. Alex is very good at this and is always helpful and cheerful, with an excellent knowledge of places and what adventures can await you. It is worth spending the time with the staff, your holiday experience benefits from their knowledge and expertise.
THE easiest and most pleasurable experience. Bekki was fantastic and took us straight to a hotel on their website after asking just a few questions, that checked every box! Alex the manager has also been there and confirmed what we needed with some inside info - adding extra confidence and satisfaction. They were understanding, flexible and extremely knowledgeable. Coujd not recommend these guys highly enough. Man U beat City whilst we were booking so all in all a smashing afternoon. An offer of booze and a hug at the end: quality travel booking!
Alex at kuoni in Manchester sorted our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She explained every detail brilliantly. And what a great holiday as everything was as expected. Wow best service ever and couldn't do enough for us! Alex the manager is amazing so kind , detailed and never makes you feel rushed like other travel agents. Best part of booking with Kuoni manchester is the experience you get & obviously the trip you book!
Remarkably disappointing experience. First issue was booking a consultation - we booked a slot online, but upon arrival was rudely informed that’s not how they operate during busy times. Despite that, we were still offered a “quick consultation” as though they were going right out of their way for us, in what was, an empty store. The bad attitude of the travel agent who dealt with us was out of line. I can only describe it as judgmental and condescending; almost as though she didn’t believe we should be in her shop. I was extremely surprised to receive an itinerary, however attempted to make some amendments via email and was ignored. Fortunately found an alternative travel company who didn’t treat us like we couldn’t afford to be in the building and had a much better experience from start to finish.

This is no run-of-mill high street travel agents, kuoni mcr makes you feel special and gets you excited to book your adventures. Great experience and would definitely recommend. The travel advisor had been to the destination we were interested in and gave us great recommendations that suited us perfectly along with some great ideas for excursions. The store is friendly and relaxed, will definitely use again.
