I had the most bad experience today at this store and they ware not helpful all respect and I have I purchase fue items and every time I go ask for help they say the warranty has worn off and I have to pay the same amount of the price of original piece just get it fixed. I was looking for a gift for a special someone. I noticed the huge selection of products. Sahar was diligent in understanding my need and providing alternatives. Ultimately I found what I was looking for thanks to her.
Extreamly poor customer service, and unfair policy. The employees are rude and unhelpful, got yelled at for asking for “store credit” and was told that it has to be in the original packaging, while the girl who sold me the pendent DID NOT OFFER ANY PACKAGING!! A lady with short hair told me that it is “common sense” to not being able to get a refund if you have already worn it, but how am i supposed to know if i like it before i actually wear it? In fact, people try on jewelries in store all the time… Used to purchase multiple products from Thomas Sabo, but I don’t think i will buy anything from here again. I am very disappointed and will not recommend this brand for anyone if you want to protect your money, rights, and mental health.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Toronto shop to purchase a pendant from the Rebel Collection. I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction with the experience. The shop's staff was outstanding - very well trained, and the shop manager Reihanna- if I’m spelling correctly was absolutely welcoming and personable. Their expertise and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They patiently assisted me in finding the perfect pendant that matched my preferences. The Rebel Collection offers an exquisite selection, and the staff's dedication to customer service is commendable. I truly appreciate the personalized attention I received. I had a wonderful experience at Rebel Collection, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful pendant and exceptional service. Thank you for making my visit so memorable.
Amazing staff! I was looking for a bracelet and one of their employees “Pouria” helped me to find exactly what I was looking for, they are really helpful and the customer service is phenomenal great shopping experience.

I've been a loyal customer at Thomas Sabo for years, but what went down at the Eaton Centre spot has me shaking my head. Used to be top-notch, but now it's like they're reading from a script titled 'How to Kill Customer Vibes.' Went in on a Wednesday for some love for my pieces. The girl at the counter? Ice cold. Asked about cleaning – yeah, now it's $7 a pop. Watch battery? Nah, too old, go to The Bay. My timeless watch, too old? Please. No offer to clean, just 'come back tomorrow.' Generic much? Returned Thursday to pick up my stuff. Blond girl, no greeting, no vibe. Asked about the watch battery again – now it's a whole send-away saga. Charged for three pieces? Hold up, yesterday said $7 a piece. No eye contact, no apology, just cold stares. I called out the awful service – zero cares given. Trust me, I won't be back. Thomas Sabo, your vibe used to be smooth, now it's just plain rough. No more purchases, no more love. Keep your bad service to yourself.
Just wanted to share my recent visit to Thomas Sabo at Eaton Centre. Rihanna totally rocked! She knows the ins and outs of jewelry and gave some fantastic style tips. Her rebel-style opinion was spot on. Her unique style and guidance really inspired me to explore and consider their jewelry selection. As a first-timer in Thomas Sabo I loved the experience and the cool selection. Thumbs up!
Yesterday I walked in and reached for a pair of very out in the open earrings I was interested in, unaware of any touching policies if there are any, only to be SCREAMED at by who I assume to be the manager not to touch them. Not spoken to, YELLED AT, despite the fact she was 2 feet away from me. It was really disheartening and embarrassing. I felt helpless. It was the worst. It’s a shame because I’ve bought many things from Thomas sabo at other locations without issue but I don’t think I’ll go back or ever be able to recommend them to friends again.
I'm usually very picky when it comes to jewellery, especially when I will be paying considerable amount of money although for amazing quality! I went to the store a couple of times and the young lady who works there, Alma, was extremely helpful! She gives out great opinions, gives you alternative choices if you don't find what you look for, and overall very friendly : There's so many jewellery associates who don't really care and just want their own percentages of the sale but its really nice to see someone who gives you honest opinions and really cares about the customers
